全自动造型机使用的双面铝模

通过造型机射砂压实后的砂型面效果图片，模具高度较低，砂型设置高度为上箱100mm下箱80mm。

自动造型机白天作业打型，晚上工人开炉浇注，整体车间场地可分两批对换摆放砂型，砂子浇注后经过一天的时间冷却才被重新回收利用，保证了砂子在正常温度下重新进过机器造型浇注，使得铸件的产品质量有更好的保障！
